EXPERIENCE
Mr. Hai has extensive experience in legal consultancy, particularly in corporate law, having served as a private legal advisor for numerous businesses. His expertise includes advising on company formation and organizational structure, equitization and restructuring of state-owned enterprises, as well as providing legal counsel on share transfers, stock sales to investors, and public offerings through stock exchanges and trading centers.
Mr. Hai has provided legal consultancy services to over 500 foreign companies and enterprises, more than 10 business projects funded by foreign investors, and over 10 domestic companies and enterprises across various sectors, including the automotive industry, entertainment, transportation, cosmetics, hospitality, real estate, healthcare, logistics, garment export, high-end garment production and export, golf course business, casino services, medical equipment importation, educational projects, online training and entertainment services, life insurance, wholesale and retail trade (supermarkets), banking equipment and ATM importation, as well as chemical and petrochemical production.
